    According to reports, Hydro and wind power producer Bhoruka Power Corp. Ltd is looking to raise about $120 million in equity investment and use the money to increase renewable energy capacity to 1 gigawatt (GW) by 2020, said managing director S. Chandrasekhar.     SunEdison to sell stakes in TerraForm yielcos to Canada’s Brookfield

    According to reports, SunEdison Inc. took a major step forward in its bankruptcy reorganization, agreeing to relinquish control of its two yieldco units to Canada’s biggest alternative asset manager and clearing up some of the litigation brought by the affiliates. Brookfield Asset Management Inc. agreed to increase its stake in TerraForm Power Inc. to 51%, acquiring the additional shares at $11.46 each, according to a statement on Tuesday.     NTPC commissions 45 MW capacity at Rajasthan solar project

    According to reports, State-run power giant NTPC today announced commissioning of 45 MW solar capacity at Bhadla in Rajasthan taking the total installed capacity of the project to 160 MW. “The 45 MW of Bhadla solar power project of NTPC in Rajasthan has been commissioned today.     Solar power plant to be installed at Shimla Town Hall building
