IDFC Alternatives eyes First Solar’s $200 mn assets in India

According to reports, IDFC Alternatives is reported to be looking to buy First Solar’s 200 MW of renewable power assets in India in a deal potentially valued at around $200 million. Vikram Solar commissions 10 MW solar plant at Tirupati in AP

According to reports, clean energy solutions provider Vikram Solar today said it has commissioned a 10 mw solar plant at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams land in Andhra Pradesh. “The project has been developed under the PPA scheme between Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and Vikram Solar Pvt Ltd,” Vikram Solar said in a statement today. India solar transactions top global fund raise of $3.2 billion so far in 2017: report

Govt should call for 5,000-6,000 MW tenders for wind power sector: IWTMA
