Sebi to finalise norms for Green Bonds post MNRE comments

According to reports, capital markets regulator Sebi will soon finalise its guidelines for listing of Green Bonds, which would facilitate raising of funds for investment in renewable energy space, after incorporating comments from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). Inox Wind Infra to raise Rs 195 crore via NCDs

According to reports, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inox Wind, has issued non-convertible debentures worth Rs 195 crore on a private placement basis. “The NCDs will carry a coupon rate of 8.33 per cent (payable semi-annually) and are guaranteed by the company,” the company said in a regulatory filing. INS Sarvekshak goes green; instals solar power system

According to reports, Indian Navy’s survey vessel INS Sarvekshak has gone green by installing a solar power system on board. Navy said the system, equipped on the ship, works on sunlight and hence is 100 per cent reliable for power source that can be used for communication equipment, battery charging and general lightings onboard round the clock with battery outputs during night. Amplus partners Snapdeal for 1 MW rooftop solar project

According to reports, Amplus Energy Solutions today said it has signed a Rs 5-crore deal with e-commerce firm Snapdeal to install 1 MW rooftop solar projects. Under the pact, Amplus will set up rooftop solar plants warehouses of Vulcan Express, the captive logistics unit of Snapdeal, across various locations, it said in statement. GST could raise solar tariffs by 10%: Report
