India Renewable Energy Certificate Demand Rises for Fourth Month

According to reports, demand for clean-energy credits in India rose for the fourth straight month as companies seek to comply with renewable targets amid enforcement by government regulators. IIT-M to study powering rail coaches with solar energy

According to reports, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras will soon be carrying out a feasibility study on setting up solar panels to generate electricity to non-air conditioned Indian Railway coaches. Odisha to float tenders soon for 48 Mw solar power

According to reports, in its efforts to maximize solar power generation and also to fulfill the renewable purchase obligation (RPO) of its bulk power purchaser Gridco, the state government would soon float tenders for new soar power capacity of 48 Mw.
