JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (“JinkoSolar”), a leading global solar power product manufacturer, announced that it has completed the delivery to a Photovoltaic Solar project of total 5 MW in collaboration with Sunkon Energy (P) Ltd. in Ghespur, Gujarat, India. JinkoSolar has built a vertically integrated solar product value chain with an integrated annual capacity of approximately 1.2 GW each for silicon ingots and wafers, solar PV cells, and solar PV modules as of December 31, 2012.
Sunkon Energy (P) Ltd. has been using JinkoSolar modules since December, 2012 and Jinko PV modules have then successfully been generating power at a high performance ratio. With a total of 17,886 JinkoSolar poly-crystalline modules installed, the project was completed within 58 days and covers an area of 80,000 square meters. It is expected to produce 8,030 MWH of electricity per year and reduce CO2 emission by 7,882 tons.
