Moser Baer plans to restructure over Rs 18 billion term debt

According to reports, solar cell maker Moser Baer plans to restructure over Rs 1,800 crore of its term debt as the company looks to strengthen its abilities to leverage future opportunities in the growing sector. “We are looking at restructuring over Rs 1,800 crore of term debt that the company has through Corporate Debt Restructuring programme. Suzlon Expects to Raise $300 Million to Pay Bondholders

According to reports, Suzlon Energy Ltd. (SUEL) expects to raise as much as $300 million by next month in time to pay bondholders, quelling concerns that India’s biggest wind-turbine maker may be headed for default. A group of about 20 banks, including SBI Capital Markets Ltd., IDBI Bank Ltd. According to reports, after taking over an 18-Mw wind farm from a group company, Tata Power is planning to build its wind power portfolio through acquisitions.
