Kakodkar tipped to head Govt co for solar projects

According to reports, Dr Anil Kakodkar, former Chairman of Atomic Energy Commission, is tipped to be appointed as the Chairman of National Solar Energy Company, a “Section 25” company, formed recently by the Government for the purpose of overseeing the implementation of the various solar power projects in the country. Madhya Pradesh inaugurates state’s first solar plant

According to reports, Madhya Pradesh Governor Rameshwar Thakur inaugurated the state’s first solar energy plant — with 20kw installed capacity — at Raj Bhawan yesterday.
