Moser Baer may mull IPO for Clean Energy arm next year

As readers of Panchabuta are aware, Moser Baer Clean Energy Limited (MBCEL), a subsidiary of Moser Baer Projects Private Limited (MBPPL) has commissioned the country’s largest and the first 5 MW solar farm at Sivaganga in Tamil Nadu in December last year. Suzlon Gears Up for India Orders

According to reports, Suzlon Energy Ltd. Wednesday said it is ramping up project execution capabilities in India to meet rising demand for wind energy in the country and is looking to acquire small technology companies to add value to its business. SunPower Signs 15-Megawatt Supply Agreement with Mahindra

SunPower Corp. (NASDAQ: SPWRA, SPWRB) announced today that Mahindra EPC Services Pvt Ltd  has ordered 15 megawatts of SunPower solar panels and SunPower® T0 Tracker technology for delivery by the end of this year. Vestas receives order for 47 MW in India

Vestas has received its first large scale V100 project order in India from an existing customer. The order for 26 units of the V100-1.8 MW wind turbine is for the Vandiya Power Wind Farm project in the state of Gujarat, India. The order for the 46.8 MW wind farm is placed by Powerica Limited which has wind farms that currently employ Vestas V82-1.65 MW wind turbines in Tamilnadu and Gujarat.
